This website is implemented as a static site and does not run its own server-side backend for sending messages. The contact form on the „Contact“ page merely opens the visitor’s own email program when submitted (mailto link); the data entered (name, email address, subject, message) is not transmitted to any server of this website, but is only sent to team@mephitis.works once the visitor sends the email themselves. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in being contacted).

4. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Cinzel and Montserrat as locally embedded files (self-hosted). This means there is no connection to servers operated by Google or other third parties; no data is transmitted to third parties.

The content of our pages was created with the greatest of care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content.
